Events, PR, Corporate Headshots, and Internal-Marketing and Photography Pricing
Monday - Thursday: £475 for up to 2 hours.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: £825 for up to 4 hours.
£75 per hour for any additional time requested
For bookings over more than 2 days I offer a £100 per day discount.
I can visit you - £75 using just natural light or £150 with Studio Lighting (Session Time up to 1 hour).
Includes all edited images for non-commercial usage. The images can be used Internal Marketing, Editorial, Website and Social Media usage but not for paid adverts without an additional Commercial usage licence (see below).
They'll be edited in Lightroom and made available for download within working 24 hours in High Resolution from an online, password-protected Gallery.
30 minutes required to set-up mobile lighting studio for Headshots - set-up time not charged.
Business Headshots not charged per person... just the hours rate - so why not get the whole of your office staff a swanky new corporate portrait while I am on-site?
If you are just looking for a Personal Headshot then you are welcome to visit and have one taken here in Straiton (Loanhead) for just £55. It will take just 15 minutes and include 4 shots.

Drone Photography and Aerial Videography Pricing
Monday - Thursday: £400 for up to 1 hour.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: £500 for up to 1 hour.

For bookings over more than 2 days, I offer a £100 per day discount.
Includes all edited images for non-commercial usage via digital download all 4k video footage (provided on a memory stick).
The images and video footage can be used Internal Marketing, Editorial, Website, and Social Media usage but not for paid adverts without an additional Commercial usage licence (see below).
I will obtain Public Liability Insurance* for each specific booking. The images will be edited in LightRoom and made available within 2 working days via download from an online gallery. I retain the right to use the images for promotional purposes. Please check wind-speeds and weather conditions as the drone cannot operate in rain or gusts of wind above 24 mph.

Please note - If the work is required to be undertaken within the borders of Edinburgh City Council and take-off is on Council land (ie. a road, pavement, or park) then a further £150 is required to obtain permission from them to fly (Which is non-refundable even if they refuse). Take-off can be undertaken from private land without permission though.

Commercial and Advertising Photography Pricing
On-site prices as above. The cost of images will depend on exact Commercial usage.
If you require to use the images for Commercial or Advertising purposes or on a then you'll simply need to pay a licence depending on the exact usage (Prices start from £25 per image). So if you need to use an image in an advert, a poster, a billboard back of a bus etc - basically, any place where your business might pay to advertise its services or sell a product in a commercial nature, then you'll need to obtain a quote for an additional commercial usage licence.
The price will also depend on the length of usage and the size of the audience. Business and Personal headshots do not require a commercial licence.
Please note the following surcharges will also be added:
£1 per mile travel fee from Edinburgh after first 10 miles.
A city centre parking fee of £25 (unless onsite parking provided)
£100 additional fee if needed on a Bank Holiday
